Mr. Parham

Mr. Parham is the founder of InSight CCTV, LLC. After spending years working for a manufacturer of CCTV equipment, he decided to build a security systems integration company focusing on “World Class Customer Service” and growing the business through referrals from satisfied customers. What started as a small local company in 2002 has grown into an international business with customers ranging from small business owners to Fortune 500 companies, as well as local, state, and federal government accounts. A graduate from the University of Kentucky, Billy developed Major Account Management experience with stints at a national IBM distributor, GTE, and PTEK International.

Mr. Johansen

Mr. Johansen has spent many years in situational management. His service with the U.S.Navy and U.S. Army was a great launch pad that provided tools unmatched by traditional business schools.
He has been a local leader with technical organizations ranging from TCI to U.S.West to Quest.
His deep knowledge and expertise in telephony, broadband and satellite systems allowed for a seamless transition into the security technology field.

Mr. Johansen has extensive experience and knowledge in advanced CCTV and related technologies. These include concealed weapons detection, long range wireless video systems and cellular signal intercept and denial.

Mr. Johansen has traveled abroad extensively and has much experience in foreign government sales. His projects in the United States include work at the White House Communications Dept., Camp David, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, and the top rated 5 star hotels in the Washington DC., among many others.

Project management and product development are Mr. Johansen’s main occupation. His work in securing and managing contracts keeps him current with all of the relevant technologies.

Mr. Johansen is a decorated combat veteran. His major course of study while at U.W. was Communications. He enjoys photography, motorcycle touring, philosophy and technical pursuits.
