InSightCCTV believes that maintaining high standards for service, equipment and personnel is imperative to providing the world class solutions that we are known for.
Our service standards demand that we answer and/or return emails, form submissions and telephone calls within 24 hours or their receipt. We have designed or website forms submission to route our communications to the appropriate recipients by giving the submitter clear choices and a free-form text box.
We sell satisfaction.
We have designed a tracking system for support requests and sales engineering. We trade in happy customers. Our business comes primarily from referrals. We want you to be secure and pleased with your experience. Our invoicing system is directly linked to our satisfaction acknowledgment forms. Our main billing trigger is the signed acknowledgment form we get from the responsible person at the installation site.
We provide accountability.
Our hardware is chosen by strict criteria. We have systems that will give the owners/administrators the ability to track assets, evaluate employee, vendor and visitor activities. Our systems are reliable and simple to use. We understand that the video surveillance of your property is important. Our equipment is commercial grade.
We install reliability.
Our recording equipment is state of the art. We do not sell or install “tape machines” or VCR’s. We choose Digital Video Recorders with the best performance coupled with the ease of use and reliability you require. Our recorders all have remote access, greater than 500GB storage and in most cases, greater than 1 TB. Our most popular models routinely are installed with 2+TB. We use both Embedded units (Linux based), and PC based hybrid units. Our hybrid units are able to record video from standard analog cameras and digital I.P. cameras. All our system will record with motion detection which will save tremendous amounts of memory thereby increasing your archived video time. Our units can be mounted horizontally, vertically or in a standard 19 inch rack.
We provide clarity.
Our camera choices are vast but we routinely install ones that have been known for reliability and clarity. We use cameras that have 500 lines of resolution or more. We commonly use low-light cameras and all our devices are color devices.
We have a list of easy to install, clear and reliable cameras. They are further branched into their environmental fit, i.e. outdoor standard, outdoor dome, vandal dome, indoor dome, indoor standard, indoor and outdoor lipstick models, indoor and outdoor IP and mega-pixel models.
We service the customer.
We have inside staff members and pre-vetted nation-wide installation and service talent. Our service standards are upheld within all reasonable circumstances. If there is ever a question of service quality, we will investigate the incident with the customer and resolve it to every-one’s mutual satisfaction. We understand that situations happen and sometimes they are beyond control. We work hard to mitigate those situations and limit your exposure.
